A high-pressure system centred over the North Sea will continue to influence our weather. In the Alpine region, the air masses are still slightly unstable.
It will remain mainly sunny. In the afternoon, cumulus clouds will grow larger and single, local heat-induced thunderstorms will develop.
High air pressure and dry, very warm air masses.
The morning will be largely cloudless, with only a few scattered clouds at the start of the day. In the afternoon, only a few isolated heat-related thunderstorms are expected to develop from cumulus clouds.

On Thursday, the weather will remain very sunny and hot. The few cumulus clouds will remain harmless. Friday will be sunny and hot, with high summer temperatures. On Saturday morning, there will be widespread sunshine, whilst isolated thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon. It will remain very hot, with maximum temperatures of up to 36°. Sunday will bring plenty of sunshine, with the likelihood of thunderstorms increasing in the afternoon.
